Katrina Carlson
Teacher of Early Childhood Education
I believe
the children are our future.
 I
have ten years of professional experience in the field
of Early Childhood Education in both the private and
public sectors. My experience as an Early Childhood
instructor is ever increasing as we are beginning our
seventh year. I became a teacher so I could help the
students of today become successful leaders tomorrow.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special
Education from Northern Michigan University, an Early
Childhood Endorsement from Northern Michigan University,
and a Vocational Endorsement through Ferris State
University. I have recently completed my Masters Degree
in Learning Disabilities.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and
friends. I enjoy working on my house, planting flowers,
and hiking. My family includes my husband of 17 years
and two sons, Caleb and Garrett.
